No. We stock both chlorine resistant and non chlorine resistant swimsuits.

Chlorine resistant is specified in the description

Always hand rinse your swimwear in cold, clean water after every use. Do not wash in a washing machine.

Tog Wash is a recommended product to rinse in especially if using in clorinated water as it removes residual chlorine from your swimsuit.

Dry your swimwear in the shade as the sun’s damaging rays will deteriorate and fade the fabric quicker. Don’t leave your swimwear rolled in a wet towel all day.

Avoid chlorinated water altogether with non-chlorine resistant items.

Avoid excessive chlorine on all swimsuits, as high degrees of any chemical will destroy the fabric, elastics and garment stitching.

Do not use in spas.

Sunscreens, perfume, deodorant, tanning products and excessive perspiration will stain your swimsuit, and the oils can deteriorate your elasticity.

Rough surfaces cause snagging and wear-and-tear to your swimwear. Be careful of pool edges, seatbelts, pool toys and training aids.

Do not iron or tumble dry your swimwear.

We post all our items using Australia Post.

Or you can collect from our Greenwith studio or a pop up location by prior arrangement. 

You will receive an email or text with your tracking information when your items posted; you can track your parcel on the Australia post website

Items are shipped Weekdays 

All items are shipped via Australia Post or you can choose local pick up.

Processing and delivery time is 1-7 days depending on type of shipping chosen. 

All orders will get the tracking number emailed to them; the parcel can be tracked on the Australia Post website.

On our website. We accept credit card, PayPal, AfterPay, bank transfer or cash payment on pickup as methods of payment.

Please be aware that if using bank transfer, items will not be shipped until the payment has cleared into our account.

If you would exchange that is fine we offer a 30 day returns policy;

Jem Designs pride themselves on the excellent quality of the swimwear that they provide, but if for some reason you do have a fault please contact us via 0427216618, the pop up FB messenger icon or go to our FB page and we talk you through what the process is. In some cases, the garment can be repaired, and in others, an exchange will be offered.

All of our own brand YES, we have our own brand manufactured here in South Australia.

Artesands is also Australian Made. 

We do stock lots of other brands, and although we would love only to stock Australian made items, many Australian companies have moved their manufacturing offshore.

No sorry we recently have closed our factory and can’t offer this service currently but like our FB page as you never know what the future may hold.
