Jem want you to be more than happy with your purchase, but if there is a problem here is what to do:
Do you have something you want to return or exchange?
When you order on-line sometimes the size or style is not quite right. We are happy to exchange or refund if the style or size are not quite right. You can arrange a refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
The postage costs are non-refundable and any payment for postage of a new item needs to be made at the time of arranging the exchange.
Exchange/return can be made at our Greenwith studio or pop-up locations for online purchases.
If you received free shipping on your order, a shipping amount of $9.50 will be deducted from any refund.
Please note NO exchange or refund is available on any items in the clearance sections. This also includes Face masks due to hygiene reasons.
Jem Designs pride itself on the great quality of the swimwear that we provide, but if for some reason you do have a faulty garment please contact Gemma on 0427216618 and she will go through the next steps.
How to return your item:
Contact the store via return email from your order or on 0427216618 and arrange your return. You will be emailed a RAN number, the return process and a return address to return your items.
When will my refund be processed?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the garment is received. We will send you a confirmation email or text confirming that the refund has been issued or the new item has been shipped out. Please allow processing time by the banks for any refunds to hit your account.
Jem Designs want you to be totally happy but we do have some conditions that need to be taken into consideration. Although you may try on an item, all returned products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers still attached.
