Jem want you to be more than happy with your purchase, but if there is a problem here is what to do:

Do you have something you want to return or exchange?

When you order on-line sometimes the size or style are not quite right.  We are happy to exchange or refund if the style or size are not quite right. You can arrange the refund or exchange up to 30 days from date of purchase.  If you just need another size ring the shop to arrange.

The postage costs are non refundable and any payment for postage of new item needs to be made at the time of arranging the exchange.

Exchange/return can be made in our store for online purchases.

If you received free shipping on your order, a shipping amount of $8.50 will be deducted from any refund.

Please note NO exchange or refund is available on any items in the sale, custom made or made to order sections. This also includes Face masks due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty Garments:

Jem Designs pride themselves on the great quality of the swimwear that they provide, but if for some reason you do have a fault ring and speak with our lovely sales assistants on 08 83449744 and they will talk you through what to do. In some cases the garment can be repaired and in others an exchange will be offered.

How to return your item:

Contact the store via email jem@jemdesigns.com.au or on 08 8344 9744 and arrange your return. You will be emailed a RAN number, the return process and a return address to return your items to.

When will my refund be processed?

Your refund will be processed as soon as the garment is received in store.  We will send you a confirmation email or text confirming that the refund has been issued or the new item has been shipped out.  Please allow about 3 days for the refund to hit your account.


Jem Designs want you to be totally happy but we do have some conditions that need to be taken into consideration. Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers still attached.

  • For hygiene purposes briefs must be worn when initially trying on the garment.  We would be unable to refund or exchange any item that is marked in any way or if the hygiene sticker has been removed.
  • Please make sure that all tags are intact or no refund or exchange will be issued.
  • The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns unless faulty.
  • No Refund or exchange for any items reduced in our Clearance or Made to Order sections.
  • These terms are for our online customers only.
